When on boom boom rations in Farangland I can get serious PE even from the middle aged, overweight, unhappy farang women I find myself bedding.

Liamoz is right. Just try to get regular sex and you will soon see the difference. Maybe you can wank on the toilet in the plane (but I doubt that this will guarantee a membership in the mile high club, maybe half membership).

There is a real medical solution. Zoloft, it is an anti-depressant that has a side-effect of delaying ejaculation. This is a serious medicine so I do not reccomend taking just for premature ejaculation, but some guys do. If you take too much however you can lose interest in sex. Just the right amount though and you will be the stud you always wanted to be.

There are, I believe, some condoms on the market (http://edition.cnn.com/2002/HEALTH/10/17/condom/) which contain a topical anaesthetic that reduces the sensitivity of the head of the penis and prolongs sexual activity before ejaculation.
Now, I was applying some over-the-counter aloe-based sunburn preparation with benzocaine in it the other day when I noticed a slight numbing effect on my hands and fingertips, which is be expected with benzocaine. I made a mental note, as I do with, say, Tiger Balm, not to touch 'anything else' before thoroughly washing my hands. So... putting two and two together I would expect a little of this lotion, strategically applied to have a similar effect to that of the performa condoms above. Just a thought; haven't tried it myself, not advising anyone else to, but just putting the thought out there... 
No doubt there are special (over-priced) preparations made for the job too...
