Yeah! A friend introduced me to the pleasures of imbibing Red Bull as an alternative to alcoholic drinks -- and then one day I read that too many energy drinks in a single sitting could also kill !! I am back to staying alive with the usual.

My Great grandmother who died at the grand old age of 99 told me, "Everything in moderation including moderation"
This meaning in her books,
a Smoke 20 cigarettes and day
b Drink 2 double shots of whiskey and day
c Ride a bike for 10 minutes everyday
But every now and again
1 Drink half a bottle of whiskey in a day
2 Ride your bike for 2 hours in one day.
3 Smoke 40 cigarettes in one day.
The sad ending to this is she was one of the most healthy people I have ever met and the reason for her death?
She was out on day on her bike and she was hit by a bus.
We like to think that she was drunk trying to lite a cigarette while on her bike.
She was a star.
