The cheaper V generics or clones;penagra, kumagra etc from the mom n pop side pharmacies are usually the worst as to sex substain and lingering side effects; migraines and 1-2 hit wonders
.... my other work bros went on a generic V;penagra binge in Bangers awhile back; Eden, Posiden, Nana and Cowboy must of nailed 20 plus girls... what an orgy porn F#$ fest ! but for several days afterward they were sick dead dogs ! couldnt see focus, headaches, stomach flu, atm baht broke as hell/ bumming food from street vendors.... but thats the extreme
Half tab real Viagra works great but for myself I can't drink with it; least Singha, Black n Coke, RedBull n VoBKa etc have to drink juices.... still have migraines for 24 hr recovery period without taking another but the wood is always active/ lively.... I usually take a dose after the party when ready for action but others take V prior to the evening or dont care when the best timeframe to take it
I havent tried Cialis yet even in the US, and will have to get a legit prescription and go to Boots or Watsons then cut one tab down and take a dose prior to the evening since it last so long
generally dont have 2-3 sex hit issues, cept when partying eating and drinking too much and caught up with some hot n nasty lesbian wenches that want it all for hours on end !

You can save a bundle by using the Kamagra jelly packets.

... yes... sure... it is ALL available without a prescription... most every drug in the Physician's Desktop Reference, A-Z, is available without a prescription from Thai mom & pop street pharmacies... the industry is virtually unregulated and unpoliced.
... BUT... you may reasonably assume that NONE of the ED meds you buy there are authentic... uh, that is... N-O-N-E!... this is Thailand, interminably corrupt, where deceit and counterfeit is THE first standard of all commerce... all while warmly and disingenuously smiling, of course!... (refer to the "deceit and counterfeit" part)... intellectual property, meds, Gucci bags, all of it.
... a few data points about the Thai pharmaceutical industry, to give you an idea with what you are dealing here... from The Nation, just today... "The Dangers That Lurk In Our Drug Stores"... September 2, 2010:
1 - 5,000 drugs stores in Thailand.
2 - Only 400 meet the Thai Food & Drug standards; presumably, the preponderance of those are the international pharmacies (Watson's, Boots) and the hospitals; that makes the 4,600 remaining non-compliant pharmacies the domain of mom & pop street pharmacies.
3 - Of the 5,000 pharmacies, 90% do not have pharmacists; so, assuming the 400 compliant pharmacies have pharmacists, that would mean 98% of the remaining 4,600 non-compliant mom & pop pharmacies have no pharmacist; with them, assume you are dealing with nominally educated, air-headed Thai sales people (some might be wearing shoes, some not), making THB 250-300/day, whose total knowlege of the products they sell is limited to "where can I get some cheap som-tum for lunch today?"; or, worse, the store OWNER, who KNOWS he is stocking and selling adulterated meds and the consequences.
(... elsewhere in the forum, studies cited that up to 30% +/- of all drugs on Thai pharmacies shelves are adulterated, counterfeit, expired, or repackaged... that included life-saving drugs, as antibiotics, cholesterol meds, blood pressure meds, etc.)
... I've done both the authentic ED meds and the local counterfeit editions (I NEVER buy important meds at Thai mom & pop pharmacies)... forget product safety, the counterfeit editions simply produce inferior results... period.
... Kamagra was unsatisfactory for me... to get the effect, I once did three packettes (stoopidly, I know, I know!)... only then was it's effect satisfactory... too scared to try that again... unless you are buying from a REAL pharmaceutical manufacturer, no one really knows the consistency of one batch to the next, and I do not want my Death Certificate to read "Cause of Death: Massive Penile Embolism."
... counterfeiters make their money by selling whatever they can get away with... are they good enough? for some, I guess, but you do get what you pay for... Kamagra had enough active ingredient for me to feel some of the effect, but not nearly the potency of authentic meds.
... you are presumably here on the vacation of a lifetime... you have the locations to get prescriptions... this is not like the States, it is easy... getting a prescription is more like getting a haircut (and the cost is about what you would PAY for a haircut in the States)... you don't even need an appointment.
... are you likely to get bad stuff that will hurt you? I am unaware of any such cases (unless maybe you are on heart meds, insulin, etc.)... but, you are likley to get underperforming meds.
... as QQ suggests above (1:16 pm on Aug. 20, 2010 ), buy the 'vacation insurance'... get the 'script when you get here... try the counterfeit stuff... then, try the authentic stuff from a real pharmacy... make the call.
... and... have a great time!
(... I remember my first time here on Viagra... after my first session, I just sat there in bed giggling, looking at a raging hard-on... best recreational drug I have ever taken, and I did some real good shit back in the day).

Ah...fake medecine in Thai pharmacy...some seem to believe its a myth...
Its not.
Few years back, I was out near Nakhon Nowhere and started to have the classical symptoms of gonnorea, so I just went to the unique pharmacy avalaible and bought the antibiotic I needed. Box look new and genuine.
Take it, over the next two days the symptoms are NOT improving to say the least...but I m still stuck in Nakhon Nowhere for one more day and decide to wait until I m back in Bangkok to solve this...in my mind I think I m unlucky and just got an antibiotic resistant strain of gonnorea...
Then once back in Bangkok I have a doubt and go to a "real" pharmacy, buy once again the same antibiotic, take it, and in a matter of hours the symptoms just vanish...
Nakhon Nowhere pharmacy had sold me some fake antibiotics, with assh*le Somchai probably laughting at the good trick he played on the dumb farang...
Lucky me it was "only" innefective and not toxic as a bonus...
Now whenever I go Issan I have with me a set of the medecine I might need, bought from a "real" pharmacy.
Lesson learned.
