one thing I wonder is what happens to these drugs when they are just on the shelves in an open Pharnacy, it bad enough in one with Air-Con, but every package says store at 10-30C or so. is the Kamerga Jelly actually from India, or a BKK back alley ? BK

... in my prior post on this thread (1:18 pm on Sep. 2, 2010), I quoted from the recent news article that the Thai Food & Drug Administration cites that only 400 of the total 5,000 pharmacies in this country conform to their standards... the Thai retail pharmacy industry is highly fragmented and overwhelmingly mom & pop shops. ... while you are here, go in a few and take a look at how Khun Somchai and Khun Lek run their business... you will see many open to the street, with no environmental temperature controls... meds destabilizing at high temperatures are pretty vulnerable... night time air-conditioning?.. yeah, right!... hell, many don't even pay for day time air-conditioning. ... Thai mom & pop pharmacy owners simply lack the professional integrity and competence to be trusted for essential meds... light-weight stuff like throat losenges, toothpaste, sure... but, nothing that you really need to rely upon to work.

Have a prescription on Cialis which work fine for me,. no headache,.. no nothing. However the kamara Jelly sachet which I buy in any pharmacy in BKK works far better. Never came across a fake one.

Just my two pence................. The blood required in the brain goes off to some other region of your body hence the headache. I could happen with somebody it might not happen with somebody. It would depend upon the potency of the tablet. It could give rise to acidity leading headache again. Would suggest that you pop in 2 anti-acid pills along with your enhancer pill. It that sense Kamagra jelly sounds more interesting. However, I dont know where you get it in Bkk.

So, maybe I missed something, if you're in BKK the best thing to do is go to branded pharmacies like Boots for ED pills, but you need an Rx. So, how do you go about getting an Rx? Does the pharma tell you where to go?

This is great info. When I lived in BKK, I used to rely on places like K&S. I plan to visit soon and the first thing I do will be to get a prescription. I have never tried Levitra, but I think I will try that first now that I have heard so meny good reviews.
