The dengue mozzy is a day time feeder. There were 19000+ reported cases in Bangkok, with quite a few in the Suk, Klong Toei area. I have friends that got it in the soi 7/1 area.
Most don't even know they have it. One friend ended up in the hospital with rash all over her body. She thinks she got it in the soi 11 area.
Everywhere there is garbage, and construction, is a prime area. Look in some of the alley way drains sometime....lolol. It's interesting that most reported cases are from the odd number soi side of Suk, not from the even side sois. It might just be a coincidence, and a case of not being reported, I don't know.
