How do you reply. The mobile card is 1 2 call or whatever they use in LOS.

Like one always does.
When the message is opened and one is presented with options, then press reply. The ICQ number that will direct the message back to the PC is imbedded there already and is set up automatically.
Whatever they use? Well many things. I have 2 sms cards myself. One is a regular susbcription AIS account -which I can use to send sms internationally and to ICQ. And the other is a pre-paid 1-2-call which only works for sms sent to other Thai numbers. Interestingly, prepaid numbers that can not send sms to ICQ can not receive either. So, if she can send the message, then she should be able to reply -ICQ gives you a message when you try to send to a numkber that cannot take it.

I send messages to (TGF) LOS mobile from my PC. She can reply to the messages & send to my PC from LOS? Trying to make SMS messages two way. So far one way PC (US) to LOS mobile. How can she return message. Now I don't SMS message with a mobile so may not understand.

If she knows how to read the message, then she should know. Hey, even when you send a short message, ICQ itself adds something on how to reply.
Anyway, after opening a message one has many options to choose from: delete, forward, save, etc. one of the options in the menu is "reply". Easy. 
If you want to check out how it works, send a message to the mobile of anybody in the USA and have the person sit next to you

in the UK it is common for a certain number of free SMS messages to be built into monthly mobile line rental. I was pleasantly surprised to find out earlier this month that this includes SMS messages to any international number.
This wasnt promoted in any of the tariff guides and I only found out about the free international SMS's when I called my provider to check the cost.
It may be worth checking with your provider to see if they offer any similar deals.

which mobile provider are you using,? I have an account with Vodaphone. and have 50 free text messages that goes with my line rental. Hmm that would be great to send text to my TGfs.

I am using O2. I am not sure if the same thing applies to Vodafone but it is probably worth calling their cutomer services to check.
Another interesting point I noticed on this months phone bill was that the individual numbers msg'd didn't seem to appear on by monthly statement (maybe useful if you are married or have a suspicious gf). Instead all msgs seemed to have been sent to a single UK number.
