The JW Marriott has WiFi coverage in most public areas, and at this point it is still free. And blazing fast.
"W-Lan Net" (the company that offers WiFi at DonMuang) claims that their service is also available at the Pan Pacific, but calls directly to the hotel confirmed that this is false. The "plan to have it in future" but it will not be free.
KSC offers access (lobby area) at the Intercon, but it's only "free" to KSC subscribers.

that's more incentives to win priceline for JW then. The one place you expect to have lots of wi-fi activity is the most obvious. Phantip Plaza. there are hotspots everywhere. all of them are locked and secured of course for their own private use though of course.
