Dinkum thanks, but Skip's recommendation was what I was looking for. Something that I can put in my pocket, and I coincidentally have an iPod Shuffle as well. I think I saw the Sonic Impact in the Apple Store in SF last weekend.

I followed your advice to restore my IPod battery performance by charging for 12+ hours and then fully discharging for 3 cycles.
The result? Previously I was lucky to get 5 hours playing time. Yesterday I got a full 15 hours.

Just launch iPod Video in US and now already on store in Thailand. I hate already bought Sony NW series, if just a little bit patient to wait until iPod Video launch in here, just different one thousand bath than Sony and already have video capabilities : (

A while back, I suggested getting The Invisible Shield for your iPod, to protect it from scratches. I'm extremely satisfied with the product, and while other have pointed out that there are other cheap vinyl protectors that clink to the iPod, TIS is in its own category.

BK- Did you buy those speakers yet? I saw a pair at an apple shop in BKK the other day. Think the asking price was ~ BT200. Looked nice enough, but now I'm curious how good they sound and if they're worth the Baht.
