Forgive me if I am restating the obvious but I would like to second that:

"Ditto the 1-2-call website - absolutely f***in' hopeless. Wonderful if you are a Thai but next to ZERO English. "

Is there any link on that website to an English version of their manual? If there is I couldn't find it, and I need to activate one of their SIMs!
