Is there a way I can register by email, E-form, etc.?

Gooday CG,
I went to the Orange store today with passport. Cut off date is 31 Dec 05. There is no cost involved and takes about 5 mins.
If you have Orange sim card, you must go to Orange.
123 & D Tac, must go to one of those shops or Telewiz.

Ok for all those guys that have a One-2-Call Number, I just got an e-mail back from them saying that we can register from OS.
What they need is :
Your mobile number.?
How long have you had your number for.?
When was the last time you recharged your account ?
How much money do you have left in your account ?
After they verify the information correctly they will activate the International Roaming service for you.
In Addition if you would like to proceed with this when you arrive back in Thailand you need to bring along an ID with your Sim card and contact an AIS branch or Telewiz branch.
For any questions e-mail : callcentre@ais.co.th 24 hours a day.
So if you register for International Roaming Service your account will not be suspended.
