Hi Guys,
TG recently lost her mobile, she has bought a 2nd hand phone so has a number, I was thinking of buying her a camera phone when back in 3 weeks, I can get a new sharp gx25 with instructions for £50, an adapter for another £7 (in UK) instructions and phone in English but her English is good, or would I be better buying something in BKK but I have no idea how much they want and would the fact its Thai be better?
I want to buy her a brand new phone dont want to seem very cheap charlie but from a selfish point of view I will reap the rewards for 2 weeks but after that nothing till September.
Any suggestions.

Buy the phone in Thailand because if it goes wrong then she can get it repaired under warranty if you bring one fron UK she will at a guess have to pay for any repairs it may need.
Phones are about on a par with UK from what I see in papers but have not been to YUK for several years (Too cold)

They are a bit cheaper in Thailand, but if it is to be used in bkk it should be bought in bkk....she will pay a fortune to get it fixed if it's not bought here.
