This is my favorite app, there are lots of TGs popping up on the screen all the time. You can chat with them and meet them in person at a date or at a club. For some strange reason, which I have not been able to figure out, I keep on getting chats from Middle Eastern women, in Arabic! (even though my language preference clearly states English). 
Skout
This one is pretty good too, lots of TGs here. This time I get chat requests from WGs from the states. This app, is very points oriented, you need points to activate this function or that function, etc. If you are too lazy to earn it (by watching an ad or downloading another app), you can buy them.
LINE
This is another popular app amongst the TGs. I don't use this much. My other friend has been getting a lot of girls via this app.

That app is way too annoying to use. After jumping all the hoops in signing up, I could hardly find a handful of girls that were above 5/10. They were the most average looking TGs I have ever seen!

BK, I too had same problem before.. What I did was Registered through their website and added few girls as in Iphone its location based.. and once I added them or started few conversation I continue with them in IP.
