I tried it (as well as my GF) and even a simple Sabaidi Mai turned out in a misunderstood English or 'I didn't get that'.
Probably you can teach Siri with phonetics.
Official languages supported are: English, French and German.
Q Can you speak Thai?
A: I speak Englsh, French and German... so far.
You can change the language I'm using.. just go to Siri settings.

On youtube there are dozens of videos of Siri swearing. I do believe they are also fabricated with phonetics.
