Not sure what area this should go in as there is no area for Thai traditional massage.
I found a place on Suriwong Rd, which provides a good massage. Walk north out of Patpong 1 onto Suriwong. Cross over to the opposite side of the rd and turn left. You should be heading towards the river now. About 500-700m down on your right is a massgae parlour with dark windows offering massage for friendship.
The price for the basic massage is 200 baht per hour. I asked for one hour during my initial recce. I selected the lady and we went to a private room. She went through the process of washing my feet and then asked me to change into some pajamas.
She returned and spent 5 minutes massaging my legs before concentrating on my crotch. It seems that specials are the norm here and FS available.
The rates are between 1000bt and 1500bt depending on your cumlyness. All in all worth it for the money.

Following your recommendation, I went over to Chaophya Vej Health Massage but only manage to reach there at about 11.15 p.m.The lady told me that I would have to pay 400B for a 2-hours Thai traditional massage but will only get 45 minutes' worth as the close at 12.00 midnight sharp.I decline the offer and opted for a 1-hour foot massage for 250B. I was serviced by a lady who lack 'finger power' and couldn't do a proper foot massage and I only got 45 minutes' worth as the close at 12.00 midnight.

That was a very bad time to request a Thai traditional massage my friend. 23:00 hrs is too damn late. However, I've never tried a foot massage at this place. I am regular there and I'll tell ya that the massage is really nice. I have no complaints or whatsoever....You may wish to give the place another try during the afternoon........B/.400???? usually it is B/.350....

My favorite traditional massage is Huttisart which is just off soi 22 at the entrance to Washington Square.. it you know where Bourbon Street is, then you can find it easily.. it is on the left as you walk in from soi 22. basically right next door to the open air bar on the corner..
Massage is B250 for the two hour and I give a tip of B100 which seems to be plenty as I get good service and a nice wai when I leave and a nice one when I show up ..
No extras as far as I can tell.. I asked and it was politely declined..
They open fairly early (11 am and close about midnight) and it is clean and nice with aircon that is a bit cold for me and I usually ask to turn it down as we go along..
