I have been in touch with Mandara Spa at Imperial Queen's Park hotel about a two girl treatment that they have. It may or may not include extras, but it's been written up as a very satisfying massage experience for about 4000 baht. Yeah that's kind of pricey, but I love the idea of having four hands on me!
***Guys are there other massage places in Bkk that are known for a two girl treatment?
***If you walked into just about any of the massage places in the city offering the 300-400 baht one hour oil massage and asked for a second girl, would they just ask for twice the going rate?

I've seen you post your questions all over this and other forums - are you writing a book, magazine article or expose?
My advice (take it or leave it): read the archives, go to Thailand, do some exploring, and THEN write the book...or at least a trip report.
