After my last Sazanka massage I've had problems with "hot spots" all over that make me want to go crazy from the itching sensation. I'm wondering if the water might have been a tad on the hot side. This was visit number six and I've never had any problems. Of course it could just be that I'm an old fart now and with that comes dry skin. Never had a problem before that visit! I think Sazanka has the opposite effect as far as getting an oily the next day. I'm ready for an oily right after the Sazanka treatment. Always feel relaxed and ready to go. Just seems to energize the old bones even the big one.

About the only negative I can state after a Sazanka was about a day or two later. I suddenly felt something sharp in my navel. I started digging at it a little, and out popped a piece of rock salt.
Not much to complain about. A great experience.

Has anyone ever seen a woman as a customer here? The reason I ask is that I have a collegue who will be in Bangkok next week (a proper lady) and I think she would love the salt scrub, but I do not want to recommend it to her if she would be unwelcome, or if the place oozes of p4p.
As you can tell, I have never been there.

As you practically live in Thailand that's a shame!  : Besides, you could use a good scrub to get rid of some of that scaly skin.
I would think a lady would be okay to visit Sazanka. Does not say P4P to me at all. Can also recommend Body Tune on Silom for an absolute fantastic massage without any P4P at all. Good price and legit.

I have taken a girl here and was no problem. Although she did ooze p4p herself and would have been offended by anything.
However, I would not take a good girl because she may be in a cubicle next to a japanese guy all a moaning and a goraning and this could make her little worry.
There are so many good legit places to take a girl that this place should even register for a 'good' girl....however, if your idea is to get the job as well and get the naughty bits while she is getting a good job, well maybe they can put her into a different section, they have up and down stairs massage rooms.
But the problem could be in the wash rooms as she will be in there same time as you, naked and laying down in full flueroescent light with only a flimsy shower curtain inbetween.

The front lounge at sazanka is quite tame, unless there is a group of Japanese guys drooling over the pics of the girls. But seriously, I don't think a woman would feel uncomfortable going there.
I'm sure the ladies working there would love to give the wash/scrub/lotion massage w/o having to finish off with the wank at the end.
