well I can fully agree with selecting the girls in person rather than by looking at the photo album. Definitely not a shift change... there is no shift work in this industry. More likely girls who had outside bookings or other plans for the evening; the "exit fine" for early departure drops at most places around 9pm (from say 3K to about 1K) so providers with outside customers etc will buy themselves out early at 9pm. The more popular providers who have plenty of customers during the day routinely cut out early rather than hang on until 10:30 (or later if they get stuck with a late customer).
