I don't know why I got to Angel once more, because each time I've been very disappointed. For my fourth visit, I chose City (last visits : 2x Wine + 1x Ice) who looked terrific in the book. actually last time my thai friend and I went there we were also surprised we had to pay in advance. we were told too many french and german customers were leaving without paying girls correctly or tipping.
