I am planning to go in 2 weeks time. Just a bit confused on the total costs for 2hours, Oil massage include Ball Massage + HJ (better to have her top off)....
How much are to be paid up-front and how much is the tips to her directly...?

The two hour massage at Subway is 800 baht. The tip is up to you. I have never had Rin ask for a tip up front. But frankly, I give her about 700 baht--500 for the HJ and 200 because she has unprecedented skill in my opinion.
I think if you get her top off or get a BJ you should expect to tip a little more towards standard rates of 1000 BJ--but again--she generally has never asked me upfront for anything.
You can also give her all the money and she will pay downstairs afterwards. This is very common practice and might help you get out of the tipping hassle that I hear so much about at this place. I have never felt pressured to tip the attendants, but I act like a strange farang when I am at the fishbowl.
This is also why I tip 700 baht. I ask Rin if she will pay downstairs for me and when she says yes--I give her 1500 baht. Although I did tip her more when she took her top off for me. That was an experience I wanted to pay for. I believe--all told--I gave her 1000 baht tip when she took her top off.

I finally got off my fat arse and ventured to Subway 1 on Sunday. First I called ahead to book Lyn, I was told no problem and she would start at 3pm. I live in Bangna so I parked the car at Lotus Onnut, sky train to Asoke, MRT to Huai Khwang and walked all of 30 metres to the entrance.
On entering I was approached my a papsan, I tol dhim I had booked #23 for 3pm it was now 2:50, he got on his mobile and subsequently informed me she was not working today, of course I wasn;t happy, but completely pointless expressing that, so I explained I wanted the balls massage from someone as good as Lyn, he recommended #131, I don't know here name. She was not attractive and fat, probably early 30's. I wasn;t in the mood for a FS session all I wanted was to try the infamous balls massage, and as I had already prepared myself for a nonlooker I decided to take the plunge. we got our room key from reception and went in the lift. Had my feet washed and then into the room. The room is small, very cold with the aircon. I was asked if I wanted a drink, I asked for Heineken, my order cam with an ice coffee attached, I hadnt been asked, but nor was I bothered, tab was 150 Baht, I tipped 10 baht.
Turns out #131 has been in the business for 8 yrs, 3 of which at Subway, her English was perfect, but she was miserable.
She knew I wanted the balls massage so instructed me to lie on my back and open my legs (last time I heard that I histerically ran out of the ST room leaving a somewhat surprised Katoey behind !). she went straight to work. I obviously missed the point or not having #23 really wasted my time, this massage was painful, uncomfortable, and in no way sexy or arousing, she proceeded to tug, squeeze, manipulate and apply pressure to all of the tubes in my balls, on several occasions I had water in my eyes and had to tell her Baum, baum (softly, softly) frankly it was crap. I asked her to take her shirt off, she said she would but it was too cold, she spent 45 minutes killing my balls, and ended it with a rather poor HJ. This was the worst HJ ever, my balls hurt and i'd travelled an hour just to get it !
She left the room and I got dressed, I already knew from previous posts that its 400Baht an hour, so I gave her 700 Baht and asked her to pay downstairs, she wai'd me and said thankyou, I also left 20 Baht on the bed for the maid.
I exited from the lift and said goodbye to reception, there were now 5 papasans sat around a table towards the exit/entrance, my papasan saw me, he asked "was it good", I replied "yeah, it was okay, thanks" and exited.
Further to previous posts, no pressure for tips, no hassles from papa/mamasans generally okay, just a crap balls massage
Damage 25 + 25 Skytrain, 15 + 15 MRT, 160 Beer, 400 massage, 300 tip, 20 maid tip = 960 baht. Someone please tell me that its not like this with Lyn !

I been to Subway 4 times to try to have Miss Lynn take care of me (big loss of time each time), each time she was or "not working today" or "busy allready", and now I see taht even by booking prior to come it is not even sure to find her, ok, so I just did my decision:
