Thonglor`s website shows 72 girls supposedly available for customers.
Unless you live in Bangkok,and visit a massage parlor regularly,I suspect it is not easy to tell how up to date a website is,particularly in respect of staff.
Thonglor seems to feature on its website a larger number of new staff than most of its competitors while, at the same time, comparatively few of its staff ever seem to leave,even allowing for the fact that Thonglor`s staff also services Luxury Massage.
Just how accurate is Thonglor`s website so far as current staff is concerned?
In particular is Top still there?

To try and answer your questions:
Thonglor (soi 26)
Thonglor 2 (soi 24)
Luxury (soi 19)
are all part of the same ownership. The girls on the website http://www.thonglormassage.com work for all these places.
Bare in mind that some of these girls are on a part time basis and do not work everyday so yes, they have a load of girls on the web but 15 girls work in each parlour.
When I went to Thonglor 2, the most they had (from the lineup) was 15 girls, 10 for Thonglor1 & Luxury.
Many girls in the book are marked as "Holiday" so it is better to call and book in advance.
For me, I like to go to Luxury now so sometimes I also ask a girl from Thonglor 2 to meet me there (allow 30 minutes).
For your question about TOP, I don't know her so I can't say

Went to Thonglor massage on soi 24 last weekend, the experience was very good. the place is very clean and relaxing. The quality of girls was pretty good I think. I saw couple of 8/10 there, and I like to think of myself as high standard when it comes to girls. The services I received there was very gf experience. hehe, no name and details for you guys. like to keep this one on my own. I think i'll drop by the place again this weekend.

When there again last night. the experience was not so great. It was a mistake listen to the mama san. Took her word to choose a girl from the picture. Gib (according to the mama san, she is not as fat as the picture shown. but when I saw the real person, I think it's only worst...) The only good things I can say about her is that her massage is really good, very professional. Not sure if it really is the good things. she always avoid touching my private area during massage, and nor did she offer special at the end at all. In the end, my body feel very relaxing, but my heart tell me other wise. (i stilled tip her 200baht for the good massage) Still, I just want a good massage, there are other place I can go to with lower price. the lessons here I guess is never listen to the mama san at oily place....><

You got an oil massage at a place that is surely not a 100% legit massage parlour and the girl never offered or even hinted to you that specials where on the menu...
I think that you missed out on the signals the girl sent to you or there is something seriously wrong with you if she really didn't send any at all.
Sometimes the girl is waiting for you to ask the question, but there will always be some sort of minimal hints that the specials are available. I think that you stumbled on a girl that waits for the customer to take the initiative and obviously you didn't. Maybe she's new to the scene and the mamasan wants her to get customers.... therefore....
NEVER EVER listen to the advice of the mamasan or at least don't let her decide for you. Her primary motive is not to serve you, but to serve her own interests such as getting customers for the less popular girls. Sometimes there are mamasans that give you good advice, especially if you are a regular, but at some point in time even they will disappoint the regular customer by serving their own ulterior motive.
Even more important....
NEVER EVER EVER let a papasan decide for you. In my opinion they are even worse (not worst, in Dutch worst means sausage so your word selection was very funny in the context you used it  ) than mamasans. In the larger (soapy) parlours some of them push girls, because the girls pay them commission. They are real leaches.
Even if you promise him a tip if he selects a good girl for you he still screws you, because the commission would probably be higher than your tip. So you will be screwed, but not in a way you expected to be before you entered the parlour
Maybe there are good mamasans or papasans and other board members can confirm this, but the problem is that you can't see it from the outside. You can always ask the mamasan or papasan for advice and if you are experienced to the scene you can pick up the signs when they try to promote some particular girls, but for a newbie this would be rather difficult.
Sometimes I still ask them questions, but only questions about girls I have already selected after watching the fishbowl, line up or photobook. Maybe then and the key word here is MAYBE I will take their advice into considiration.
Last comment. You say that she looked better or should I say less fat in the picture than in real person. I can only advice you that next time you ask the mamasan to let you see all (or some) of the girls in real person so that you can see them for yourself. When a girl doesn't look as good as in the picture you can always make another selection. If a girl makes eye contact or smiles to you you have a better chance of having a good time then when a girl looks bored or doesn't face you at all. This you can't see from looking at a (photo shopped) picture alone. Photobooks are made for Japanese customers who don't have the balls to face a line up.
