went to Akane and for the first time, the Chitlom branch. Actually nicer than 33, with table shower. I wanted to get the 3 girl special, but could not find three girls I wanted to be with. I took a sweet pretty girl named Kei. I like this girl, Lots if dfk.. Funnt hing, for the first time, I didnlt even get the Akane massage, We went straight into making out and groping. lol, oh wellm next time I will "request" the massage! The bj is covered (for sure). She stayed and chatted with me as I drink a coupke glasses of ice tea before leaving. I love the Akane treatment. If you can forego the full service, I think this is one of the best bargains in town.

Am preparing (and panting  ) for a trip to BKK in June. Somehow, missed Akane altogether on my previous forays to LOS and the BTF. WTF?!
Plan to make major amends this time... could be the first stop after my flight in to help relieve the jet lag (a ritual usually reserved for Barons/Tulip on my previous daytime arrivals in BKK) !
Here's what I've gathered from reviewing the very helpful posts on this thread:
Will defintely choose Akane 33 over Akane Chidlom, at least for the first experience.
I immediately zeroed in on Syu on the Akane website as my first choice (thankfully confirmed by the many favorable posts about her). Would want to pair her with someone really playful who's also cute. Undecided between Manami and Rei. Both look my type, but is Rei also as aggressive and friendly as Manami appears to be (even in her pictures!) ?
Also, what's the difference between S3P and V3P on their menu? Does the latter refer to a VIP room but same service as the former? Is it worth it?
Finally, if you choose the three-girl course, do you get to choose the third one also who joins in later or is one assigned at random? Could be totally counterproductive IMO if she turns out to be someone you'd normally never select.
Want my first Akane experience to be really special and my formiddable pre-trip research to pay off, so would appreciate advice/confirmation from anyone on the above. BTW, tried Sazanka once and thought it was overhyped on the forum, but maybe just had an indifferent experience that day. However, it was enuff to prevent me from going back when there were so many other choices around! Don't want a repeat of the same at Akane, since it clearly is a more appealing (multiple, naked girls vs a HJ from a fully covered fat lady, anyone?!) permanent future stop.
Would appreciate your honest advice!

At Chitlom you get the scrub which I think you dont get at 33, but that may have changed.
Actually little difference between the 2 and the girls often are rotated around. At lerast they line up while you have a drink so you can pick yourself.
General reports seem good from both places but it is NOT and Eden sort of place.
I always have the one girl massage and scrub for 960 baht and have never had any complaints.
Usually they can give you 2 shots, sometimes she will get topless without asking.
I took a newbie there recently and he enjoyed the 2 girl special so much I think he went 3 times in one afternoon !

A word of warning... I believe that the old "Syu" (Syo) that all postings are about has left Akane. She was a model-type of girl that got highly ranked here. Her picture is now removed from the website.

Are you sure she's left? I still see her pic in the Akane 33 gallery at http://www.pink-project.com/akane/english/e_girls_top.html under "Syu" (fifth pic from the top). Is this the same girl that most posts were about? She certainly seems the hottest of the lot, and definitely model category.
If she's no more at Akane, any idea of her current whereabouts?

Yes, the posts were definitely about Syo.
She left a little while ago before this year's Songkran and is no longer working there. A beautiful girl. She had been there for a number of years and had been working towards this point in her life for a new and more positive direction. I wish her well.
But if you have been attracted to the new girl who has been given the name Syu for the purposes of working there, then go for her. Enjoy. I cannot recollect having read one post about her though.
There are many different packages that you can buy into at Akane,but the scrub and massage option is only offered at the Chitlom branch.
Girls can be summoned to either branch from either branch to attend to a customer who chooses them.
Some of them don't like to do the scrub massage because their skin reacts to the stuff they have to use, if they are having to work with it too much every day. maybe a reason for you not to choose it.
Pretty pricey with no FS but if that is not what you are lookng for and just want a good experience that you will remember very well, that's the place to go.

And am I correct about the difference between S3P and V3P? The text on their website is thoroughly entertaining but not very helpful.

Text is perfectly clear to me.
S3P= Massage Starts with 1 girl and a second joins 30mn to the end
V3P= Massage Starts with 2 girls and a third joins 30mn to the end
Also, the V courses are in the Hotel next door with Bathtub.

Is the bigger room at Akane worth the extra bucks? For me the only thing that makes a difference at oilys is the size of the shower/bath. Should be able to easily accommodate two. The rest of the room doesn't matter once the action starts!
Guess the best way to find out is to get my butt over there and try the place out. Will post a FR after my June trip.
