I normally don't like to speak ill of other members, but that is possibly the dumbest advice I have ever seen on this board.
What are 'some sources'? What are your own qualifications? Do you think there is any credible scientific study where an infected person has sex with uninfected people and the results are tracked? (Where would they find the volunteers?) I don't claim to know what the statistics are, but if you're having unprotected sex, you're playing Russian roulette with your own life and someone elses.
I've had a condom break, and personally know the anxiety that comes with abstaining for 3+ months before you can get a test that gives an accurate read. It sucks. Its one thing to tell people 'not to worry', but its another to minimize the threat to be so low as to encourage unprotected sex. People should worry because this stuff kills you, slowly and painfully. Apparently this doesn't worry you enough to avoid going bareback. It should.
Regardless of whether you're P4P or date normal women, sex is a grown-up activity with grown-up consequences. Although there are things you can do to minimize the risks, there is always a risk. If your condom breaks, you need to keep your dick in your pants for 3-6 months, which is the amount of time it takes for an HIV-positive person to show up as such. Its not enough to simply wear a condom and drive on; what if the next one breaks, too?

I won't add to the other comments about your mathematics or reasoning. Just a question though.
Do you play the lottery? if you do, the chances of winnignthe lottery are even lower than your quoted figures of catching Aids. And yet you play. So you reckon the chances are fairly good.
So why do you apply the opposite argument to using condoms?

Read that last sentence again.
What I see him saying quite clearly is, be safe (i.e. use condoms), but don't over react to a very rare condom breakage. What’s wrong with that advice?
Shit happens, condoms can break. By anyone’s definition banging BK bar girls carries with it a higher level of risk than sticking with one partner, or having no sexual contact at all. We all know that, but have taken the decision that the pleasures out weigh the risks.
The advice to go three months without sexual contact because a condom broke and the guy pulled out immediately is an over the top reaction IMHO.
Now wait for the 'you will all die a terrible death' merchants to get all hot and bothered.

Doesn't using two condoms make them less effective? Something to do with the friction between the two.

I am not advocating bare back at all. I never do it myself either in any p4p in any country. Just trying to comfort the poor guy who maybe way carried away about his little accident.
There are lots of statistics about AIDS but nothing is complete certian in this research yet. And lots of statistics contracdict and differ very much by different organizations which has his own agendas. But for certain is that in his case, he gets infected by AIDS, the chance is really really low. Just try to comfort and calm down the poor guy.
