I want to urge caution for those of you seeing Cream - one of the girls from Nakhon Phanom. I was shocked recently when she pleaded with me not to use a condom. I refused. But I hate to think how many times she has screwed guys without taking a simple precaution like this. Apparently she hardly ever uses condoms and when I asked to see her health certificate she refused. That combined with a foul odour from her suggests to me we should steer well clear.

I agree, it's a troll.
In my experience, non-condom use is almost always "negotiated" with absolutely no words between the two parties, with the lies ("I use condoms with all my other customers;" "I use condoms with all the other BGs I f***") only coming afterwards in the pillowtalk portion of the encounter.
