The new building is new - that's nice. I had a similar unsatisfactory experience the other day similar to TJ's, I had not made the time to post.
The receptionist called on the next one and seemed a bit annoyed that I wanted to take a look and decide for myself. Picked a former Tulip staff but was disappointed in service that I changed from 2 hours to 1. Rooms are new and nicer than Tulips and yes, if you are over 170 CM, watch your head!
I was unlikely to return to SW after my first experience but now that I see that Nong is reading and posting means she is on top (so to speak) of things, I will consider round 2.

As I recall looking over the old Tulip thread, Tulip did not get its reputation and great reviews for quite some time after opening.
Successful businesses adapt to customer response and it looks like SW knows this and will be working on quality control.
Would be nice to have a true Tulip2 at Prom Phong IMO.
