The photos of the girls at Mango are pretty much what you see in real life...I've been with a half dozen Mango girls in the past few years and each was like the photos...
Impossible to provide the kind of detailed information you are asking about several shops, my suggestion is to select a girl from the Mango website and check her out. Or just go in and select one. Same for Tulip and other shops.
I wouldn't worry too much about the rooms in any of the shops...they are sufficient to do the job.
My one reservation is that several of the Mango girls, and girls in other shops, have "enhanced breasts" which I truly dislike. You can ask the mama-san for a girl "without silicon"...she will understand that...alternatively ask for a girl with "original body" which is how the Thai girls speak...

In LuangPraBang just ask where a dancing nightclub is. There will be freelancers, but be careful taking them back to your hotel. LPB is pretty conservative in that respect.
You can also ask at the market if anyone speaks English, then ask them where you can go dancing at night. That is the best way to find freelancers.
