Best ignore the peeps whose only contribution to the forum is negativity and bs, NicFrenchy.
Liked your report. And even though you did not reply to my PM (mai pen rai), I totally agree that it is best to sometimes keep a girl's name kind of secret. Talk to most of my regular oily ladies, and am often appalled at some of the shit they have experienced.

Yesterday in large part based on a glowing review  I decided to try Victoria. First I called to see if a particular girl could be booked. I was told she was already booked during the time I was looking for. Plus points for truth in advertising. Some places would have said ok and then when I showed up I would have been told some BS and asked to try a different lady.
There were some other ladies on the website that looked like they could be good so I decided to just show up and take my chances anyway. Oops. When I arrived at 1:30 (on Saturday afternoon), the open sign was up but the door was locked. Sigh... I knocked a few times and waited about 10 minutes to see if someone was just in the toilet or something. I finally gave up. As I walked away to find a taxi or motorcycle a taxi pulled up and two girls got out. Promising... So I walked back toward the shop. The girls couldn't get in either and were standing outside trying to call someone to let them in. I didn't bother to say anything to the girls because as I got a bit closer based purely on looks, (I'll be charitable here) I would certainly have NOT tried either one. Maybe they were/are great performers and wonderful human beings but I would have needed a blindfold.
So I have to assume Victoria is at least some times very short staffed and that the 'mamasan/cashier' also works and was working at the time, thus the door being locked. There could be many other explanations of course, but on this day, my mileage varied greatly from the ever reliable NicFrenchy whose reviews I have great respect for.
Dunno if I'd go back - it's just far enough off the beaten path that without a sure thing, I wouldn't take the chance.

You are right, there was a review from a guy on another Forum saying he was there and had no alternative but to get his massage by the cashier. she locked the doors up.

I was in Bangkok briefly this week and was glad to see Victoria is still open. I was a little doubtful given that it is a bit of a walk from Sukhumvit Road. I took advantage of my time to pay a visit and was very happy to note that the standard of service I received was well up to that I would expect from a shop run by two ex-Tulip stars. If Nadea and Jane succeed in expanding the staff and maintain standards I think this shop can come to rival Tulip. And a little competition can do no harm.

And to make Victoria even more attractive they have a promotion which reduces by 300 baht the cost of any massage given by 2 ladies,and by 100 baht any massage given by 1 lady.
To receive the discount you have only to advise the cashier that you wish to take advantage of the Internet promotion.

I do have to say I never went to tulips when they had anyone better than average in the looks department. That being said, I was so happy when went to Mango and had sessions with 2 really cute girls who gave top service. If Victoria is more like Mango than tulip, I might be interested. Pics on the website seem overly retouched, which is something that bothers me about so many Bangkok massage places.
I might make the long trek to Victorias. But if these girls are no close to the photos...
