koolbreez, I dont understand why if you have a problem with me or because you are a mango fan that is why you keep ripping into me. may I ask in what way am I ripping of the customers. I think our prices in terms of massage as well as the tip for special services are very much in line with the market rate. just because we are not offering mango type services, you insist that we are ripping of the customers.
as for whether we are ripping of our working girls, I do not think I want to answer some questions how much if any if we are paying the ladies for the massage services. what I meant was that even if we were to give 300 baht out of 300 baht from the thai massage to our ladies, do you think it is alot? they still make most of their money fom tips and specials.

i understand what you meant. though service is not about multiple pop or anal but about attitude, the willingness of the lady offer multiple pops or anal does correlate to the customers perception of the service level of the lady. therefore, if the lady is willing to offer additional shots or anal without asking for additional tips, the customer will feel that she is horny and likes sex or tries to go to the length to please the customer.

Your prices are higher when everything is taken into consideration. you charge double for the second shot if someone so chooses. You charge more, and give less. Is that not ripping off the customer for less services than he can get next door? Most think it is.
I told you how much, from experience with allot of different types of service oriented management positions, the girl should be getting. If you think it would be better to give her all of it, then fine, but if you are giving them none, or close to it, then you are not apriciative of being in business because of them.
Answer my other question. Does the girl get the tip if it is left on the tray for her, or do I have to hand it to her directly.
For your MP operation, you are the most expensive for take out there is, with less services. This seems to be par for your operation, less for more.
You want our feedback, yet you don't want to address our most basic needs in the style of MP that you have chosen to open. You are totally resistant to any suggestions of what we know makes an excellent MP. We do not want another mediocre MP that is overpriced for what you get. Is it that hard for you to understand from everything that has been posted.
Others have used this group to try, and start their business. Some listen, others don't, and we quit going to them. We know what is good, and what isn't. Read the reviews, you are supplying a lower quality product than your competition on both sides of you. We don't want to see another mediocre MP plain, and simple. Bangkok is loaded with them, they come, and go, like clockwork.
What really gets me though is your total resistance to giving the customer what he wants, and knows he should be getting, for the price. How many different business's have you actually ran?
Good luck to yah, but I still stand by my bet that you will be gone from that location by August.

running an operation like this is not as easy as you think. our ladies do not offer anal and while they have japanese customers who are willing to pay the prices they are charging, why would they want to offer extra shots at zero cost? I feel that you do have to see things from different angles as there is a much bigger whole out there than just BTF.
and what makes you think that we do not want to take your suggestion into account? if we can have girls like in mango who are willing to take anal and offer multiple shots, we will definately love to. but we dont. that is a matter of fact. even by taking your feedback into account, do you think it is possible to change everything overnight?
we are just offering another option for people in BTF who want to try a new place and there are absoutely no oblication for you to try our place if you feel that we are ripping you off.
as for the tip, you have to indicated who is it for when you leave it on the tray. sometimes people do tip the cashier and we will use it to buy treats for our ladies.

I think there is a lot of Hostility towards EZ and not all of it makes sense.
He was honest as to say that the services offered are just your regular Oily service: Same as Pink, Sakura, TLII, Oranges, MMS... and many more.
They offer on Par prices for Massages and also for Extras.
At least, they do not force customers to pre-pay for the extras upfront (like many oilies now).
I, for one think that EZ will be successful, once they find their rhythm they will attract a lot of customers.
In fact, I think they will suffer greatly from not having enough rooms: only 3 rooms have en-suite showers.
I have one question though.... As most of the girls also offer escort services (and prices), what would be the Overnight charge if one was to call the shop and order the lady for one night?

hi nic, thanks for feedback. someone asked me about this question too as we are considering what is the market rate. this is because mango is offering 3000 baht all night and this is simply too low that its safe to say all our ladies will not go since our outcall rate is 3000 baht for 2 hours (adjusted from 3500 baht).
as per escort rate it is about 6000-12000 baht for overnight depending on the agency. we are considering 5000-6000 baht. what do you think nic? even the NEP overnight is also around that amount including drinks and barfine.

It is kinda funny, you know.
People come to Thailand because of the GFE and the illusion that the girls here are actually into the johns they have sex with for money (as compared to girls back home, which I have had less experience of, but which by all accounts are quite clear about the transitionary nature of what is going on).
Now, whether this is because people are comparing girls who charge a day's local blue-collar wage for sex back home with ones who are charging a week's local blue-collar wage here (there ARE girls who charge a day's local blue-collar wages here, as evidenced by the occasional report from someone who's been to a brothel in Chinatown and found it pretty grim) ; or whether it is due to cultural reasons (the love of sanuk, the not wanting to lose face) ; or whether it is due to farang not being able to tell what a Thai person is thinking, and thinking that if a thai girl smiles then she likes you and is happy; or a combination of these, or something else, I don't know.
But what I find funny are these things:
1) When Thailand doesn't live up to our cliches and our dreams (this insistence on 'good service' is more than just an insistence on 'good service' - it is an insistence on the girls seeming like they are loving being with you), we get all upset and claim we are being ripped off. But nowhere is there a claim that paying for extras means you have a nympho two-hour GFE. That's your expectation, in your head - in this case, even though EZ has repeatedly said that this is not what they are providing; and in other cases, even though you're going to a hooker, and the hooker's trying pretty hard to keep up some sort of pretence that that they are there because there is nothing they would rather be doing than f***ing some guy who chose them from a line and is saying 'do this, do that, now do that'.
2) When Thai girls don't combine their famous charms with a western ideal of sex on tap, we feel as though we are being ripped off. Thai culture, as far as I can tell, is to go to have a massage which also includes some naughty play. It isn't to go to have a 'massage' and have two hours of sex instead. Some places offer that - but they are really in the minority. They are specialist places, just as Eden is (was). You can't expect everywhere to be massage fronts for brothels. Most are massage joints that give you a bit of extra for a bit extra money. They are Thai joints, in Thailand, and that is what they do. I don't really understand why we expect them to be Western places, but perfect.
3) You also can't expect every place to be as good as the best place, and then say that they are going to close down and lose money if they are not. Lots of places make money. Not all are the best place.
Also, EZ probably IS using this forum to get extra business. He's probably regretting it, ha, as it looks like he's come to the most demanding place and getting a baptism of fire; though maybe a baptism of fire is the best way of getting up and running quickly.
But he's also getting feedback, and that's useful to him. He doesn't HAVE to take your desires on board. He didn't even bother responding to mine. He's listening. Give him a break, you guys - especially you guys who have never run your own business, M'kay!
Just my view.

I don't know much. But I do know that BKK has a lot to offer, and EZ has offered absolutely no reason why I should spend my hard earned money at his rip off shop. There are too many other great options. Not even sure why he wasted his time with this forum, as he clearly doesn't get it. Nor does he seem capable of getting it. Bye bye to this thread.
