personally I dont think there is any problem with our bookings. we always try our best to keep to appointments.
i just asked DG if he mind to change the booking to earlier if possible to the lady would be fresh as saki always get alot of customer. if he cant make it, we can also keep to the original time of the booking.
also I do hope that you can understand the shop's situation. there are also times when the customer expect us to reserve the lady for them and later in the end they do not turn up. we dont expect any deposit to confirm the booking but we also hope that customer can inform us in the event that they cannot make their appointments with us.
also, what I meant to tsuzi is that he must tell what he is looking for as some of our ladies are not good at massage. some are better at service and some better at looks etc.

The truth is you suggested 7pm- 8pm initially for saki -
Which I agreed to -
Then asked if I could make 3pm-

And the "bringing it forward " is actually a 5 hour difference (not say an hour or two)
