We are looking at the option of setting up a branch office of an Australian marketing company in Rayong to target the manufacturing industry in the economic zone and other countries in the region. The manager will be visiting clients and providing solutions from Europe, Asia and other countries to Thailand and beyond. Does this type of business require the 7 director / shareholders and what would the requirement be for Thai staff, as there would be nothing to do initially? The other option is that we travel up and back as required and not base ourselves in Thailand
