No you didnīt. You actually didnīt specify the way one arrive from a non-neighoring country. However the first time you followed that by "Also if arrive on an airport, 30 days will be given." Those two together can make one think that as long as one is coming from a non-neighboring country, it doesnīt matter how you arrive: land, air, sea.
What if you come from a neighboring country through a seaport? Say you are on a cruise?
