Yes... it was a little surprising to me. I thought Nokna's comment would have provoked a reaction. I'm sure that was his intention... but it was allowed to pass, except for a little repost from Butterfly boy.

Dave, nokna,
believe it or not: I agree!
Though I learnt driving on the continent and apart from glorious times in some of the countries and territories, God might call his own (Britain, Thailand, South Africa, Hongkong), ever had and have to drive on that odd side,
I always say that driving on the left is driving on the RIGHT side !
