If this works in the normal way ALL bars clubs etc. in NEP will close at the same time, i.e. 30 seconds after the boys in brown show up. Which means it is variable. After enough screaming & shouting & threats to go to more P4P countries closing time will likely return to 1 am outside the zone & 2 am inside the zone.

You are right - hotels are excluded. But Spassos and Rivas are too upmarket for most BGs.
Prime spots open until 2.00am will remain.
