22 is always full. name is like Prom...... Mansion
saw a room once, for 4.5k. pretty dull. location is great though.
down 22. liberty place, much nicer and serviced for 7k, incl cable.

I finally tried out Hollywood ST Hotel in Nana
on the 2nd floor. 400B for 2hrs. Room is quite
clean and modern, but small of course. I found it
to be acceptable.
So unless you shag more than 3 times a week,
it would make a good choice IMO.
Now if you want to sleep there for LT, that
is of course a different matter.
