I think there is still an entrance exam to get past but, I could be wrong.
Chula is an elite university where someone with a GED would have a hard time getting in IMHO unless they have somehow acquired a lot of clout on their side, and even then there may be some social snobbery to contend with.

I meant it as solicitous not smart ass.

Also it would be a huge error on your part to assume that I (or anyone in the lifestyle which CJ deals with) is some sort of wimp. There are plenty of guys out there who might enjoy your suggestion but who are capable of tearing off your arms and beating you to death with them.

Thanks for the info. Next step is to figure out what the entrance exam might include. Will be in BKK next week for about 3 weeks, so maybe me and my TGF mosey on over and see if we can find out. She's still about a year out from her GED, so plenty of time to research this. Do these government schools use a standard exam, and are you aware of online help in this regard?
BTW, my partner-in-crimes' ex-TGF was an honors grad from Chula, a very bright lady. She was also Sino-Thai, and I suppose that helped. Given the educational disparity between her and my Isaan TGF, I figure it makes more sense to sow the seeds with my TGF with something more realistic.

well rama university is so to speak the lowest acceptance and status as nearly everybody can go there even without briebing anybody!
other universities are rangsit, thamasat, bangkok university, katsesart and chulangkorn. they are listed in a supposed to be ascending order! so the better the university is accepted in general view the better will the job chance -> the higher will be the annual fee and the bribe to get in! they usually perform tests but many times these so called tests do not get the best candidates to study, but the ones with the most deep pocket or influental families.
ever guessed why so many stupid useless rich sons and daughters of someone always go to the right university and most definately also pass?
as mentioning the buying in process in some of the not open universities, a check of thb 50,000 to the right person would be enough, but for many thai students this is far out of reach as it is simply too much money for them!
anyway the real rich families get their kids educated in europe, australia or the USA! Ý

I think Kamarox, or whatever his name is has some serious personality issues and because of that I will not even address this to him in a socratic manner. I K knew a thing about the sub lifestyle, he would not even be talking this punky trash. I think K is a loser who probably has not had pussy in at least a year.
As far as CJ goes, well....I think it's fair to say that anyone that knows him thinks he's one of the nicest guys (not to mention his family and dommes) around....Also, I really wanted wanted to tangle with him either. Thanks for the info. I've pasted your reply about the U's into my laptop, so I'll use that as a starting point when I get there next week. Figure even a few classes at Rama U. would look better on a visa application that nothing.
I think the whole University thing scares the hell out of her anyway, being Isaan from upcountry and all, so part of the challenge is helping her to see she can really do these kinds of things in school.
