I've finally decided to get a room for daytime meetings with the lovely ladies, somewhere between Sukhumvit 33-71. Ideally I'd like to pay approx 5k a month. I just need hot water, AC and, if possible, cable TV with the South African channels so that I can watch cricket and rugby between rogering. Any suggestions chaps?

Correct. I also pay 200 baht for a mixture of DSTV (SA) and Thai channels.
It has a lot of channels which are broadcast by Sophon in PTY.

Not yet. There are rooms around...mostly in the Prakanong area, but I haven't gotten around to visiting them yet.
