i know a TG who live in SK TOWER, Klongtoey, BKK.
She stay alone in a room with A/C.
The renting for a month is nearly 7 K..as she said.
It's sounds like very expensive to me but she said it's because she live near the sky train.
Can I believe her or it's only bullsh_t to ask me money later ?

NO, she's not lying to you. The rates are high as that. I remember I called them up once to check prices. THB 5,000+ for a room without furniture.
THB 7,000 (even perhaps including utilities) is reasonable to assume.
PS This apartment is opposite Lumpini Tower. They advertise in the BKKPOST on daily basis. Haven't seen the place actually.
