It's been around for a few months already. Fairly new. It gets lively after 3 am or so and closes at 7 am. Interestingly, the older Middle Eastern club, Al-Kharwan used to be upstairs. That was my favorite club. There used to be lots of Syrian girls back then.

I remember going to Lulu a few years ago. Picked up a lovely Uzbek girl from there on one visit. She was with me for two days and nights.
She was quite new to Bangkok. The first night when I called her to come over to the hotel, I told her I was at Novotel Lotus and she landed up at Novotel Siam. It took a while to straighten things out and it was 4.00am by the time she came to my room LOL.
