There is the Emporium Suites Serviced Apartments, which is attached to Emporium Shopping Center at Suk and Soi 24.
The food court is on the 5th floor (I believe) were most of the other food outlets are located along with the Emporium grocery store. It is the higherst floor that you can get to via the elevators (the cinema access is by escalator only).
There is a separate Thai food court (with vochers, etc) in addition to all the Western restaurants and the Emporium grocery.

The emporium food court is on level 5 as you said. It is one level below the cinema, true. But you can get to the cinema via elevators. When you get to the top of the escalators, look right past the coffee lounge.
These are the elevators that are near the parking garage. If you enter Emporium from the BTS, you need to go to the Nokia stroe side and then turn right into that open hallway. About 40-50 yards down past the stairs are the elevators that take you right to the cinema.
My lady and I go all the time but didn't discover this for several months until one night we decided to explore "where that elevator goes".

As for Japanese women, that area has a strong Japanese presence. On Soi 33/1 is a little store on the left side which has 4 floors of household/kitchen products that are hard to find elsewhere. You might find some single J women there.

Japanese girls are something I have a lot of experience with so I thought I would put in my "two bhat" and also reiterate some things people said that I found very true.
1) In my experience, they are excellent in bed and agree with another poster that they are often very skilled at oral. They are very into pleasing their man in ways western women are not. They make great gfs in my opinion.
2) Many of them have told me that Japan is somewhat repressive for women so when they get out of that environment, I think they often go a little wild. So take advantage.
3) Someone said that condoms are their only form of birthcontrol. That is exactly what I have found, they are almost never on the pill.
4) I dated a Japanese girl in college and for whatever reason, whenever she left to go back to Japan, her close friends would hit on me. I wound up nailing several of her friends and someone else told me they had a similar experience (and yes, she found out, they ALWAYS find out).
5) On average, they are excellent cooks.
6) They have TREMENDOUS social pressure on them to get married. I remember my Japanese gf telling me that a girl who is not married by 27 is called a Christmas Cake or something like that.
7) For whatever reason, they really like caucasian men.
8) WW II is that war where the U.S. dropped two atomic bombs on them for no good reason, that's about all they know about it other than that they were forced into acting at Pearl Harbor and in any event, Roosevelt knew about it. Best to avoid this topic.
9) Manners, great hygein and dressing well will help your chances a lot when approaching them. You must very much take the lead, they will act very passive.
10) Most have bad teeth.
