Best place to meet Russian women is, not surprisingly, in Russia. Visit Moscow and St. Pete's, plenty of great gals in all age groups who aren't involved in P4P. Same is true for Poland, Hungary, the Czech Republic, etc.
A close pal just moved to Petrovodoszk, a small univeristy town just outside of St. Pete. We used to go freebie hunting together in Dubai (quite successfully until marriage put an end to it). We were a good team - he had the sports car and his cosmopolitan Arabic airs, while I had the silver tongue, the brains, the charm, the good looks... 
I'll be staying a week with him in a sultry Russian summer this June. Ironically, while Petrov is a regional uni town, my research shows it's also one of the top three sources of Russian WGs. You can bet that any WG who says she's from St Pete is probably from Petrovodoszk.
Before I knew this, I was hoping my pal would be doing the groundwork for some freebies for me before I arrive, but I'll take what I can get. A few gifts wouldn't go astray, I'm sure. Maybe Penivil Chocolates?

I was in Mike's back in Jan and the place was dead. It was about 11'ish I think and all I noticed was some fat Uzbek bird in her latee 30's, plastered in make-up and dressed like an arabs tart appear from somewhere and leave with her mobile glued to her ear. I'm guessing I was too early as I think I read that it doesn't pick up till really late. I'm in town next month and may try it again. I don't mind being 2500b out of pocket just for the experience. My mate had an Uzbek girl from CM2 for LT at 3000b and said she gave pretty good action.
Later that same evening, still on the prowl for some Russian/Uzbek action I ventured into the Grace disco and met 2 Uzbeks obviously catering for the middle-east market - they had their eyebrows stencilled together lol. I got chatting to a drunken arab bloke who was sitting with them, he didn't make much sense but spluttered out something about them wanting 3000b ST (I was about as drunk as he was so we made as much sense as each other). By the look of those birds the money would have to be coming the other way for that deal to go down.
You hav to pay to get into the Grace disco I think but I become invisible when I'm drunk and never have to pay.

To do that you need to speak the language and meet her in some neutral venue, like a store, not in Grace Hotel. If you don't, stick to plan A. Just remember as soon as you start talking money it'all business to her and the more business you put into it the less exotic you experience will be. Russians have a totally different mentality. When in BKK they are not on my list of priorities. Oh yes, and don't listen to people telling you to go to Moscow. Want more for less, go to Kiev, Odessa, Kharkov - (Ukraine) - pretty, ordinary, down to earth Russian women. Plenty of GFE to be had.

about matter of bargain you are right but if some one prefers to have russian lady and he also can not go to russia and do not know the language then he has left no choice but to get from grace hotel or some other location.
