How many of the Russian/Uzbeks are true freelancers and how many are controlled by pimps/mafia type guys?
A true freelancer would be the TG's who hop onto the plane and go to HK for a couple of weeks before coming back to Thailand. All the money they earn in HK is theirs and they are not controlled by anyone.
I suspect most of them will be controlled in some way and you are probably better to stick strictly to business. Trying to lure them away to a life of love (as much as they may want it) may incur a visit from Boris the Enforcer or similar.

Dear Bro,
I have been getting UZB or other similar nationality ladies in BKK and PTTYA.
Yes I am careful to talk to them and feel their behavior and at the same time I try to give them full money they ask for.................... ( i.e avoid hard bargain )
As human being, they too get hurt when they do not get compensated to their desire.
Than they will certainly resort to tricks to make the man too get hurt ( by misbehavior )
cold responses to their demands in bed or sex actions
I had some time such a good experience, I asked the same lady to see me all the balance days
Even some time the lady offered ( their ) friends, in case I wish to have a change for fun !!!!!!!!!!!
This is 2 cents of my experience.
