Well are they?
Reason for asking is I only got the first shag so far with no certainty of another so really wanted to know if I'm missing out?
Most say they're the motherf***ers of golddiggers, but many of them look so damn cute & homey e.g. down at Zouk 
But the turnoff of course is that 95% or so of them are prick teasers & lovin it so be warned!!!

Based on my general observations:
I think the SPGs are slowly phasing out (the reality if not the term). Reason may be that Singaporean women have generally become more open and wider with their preferences - meaning that although there are still "SPGs" who prefer western/caucasian men, many Singaporean women are also willing to go out and/or sleep with both locals and various nationalities and ethnicities.
Another reason why they seem to be prick teasers is that they've mastered the art of _seeming_ to be available without actually intending to sleep with you. In this respect, I don't think they're any much different from women the world over.
Another reason is that there seems to be this trend of holding off sex till marriage, from what I've been told; and we're talking about non-religious young S'poreans, both men and women. It seems like it's "hip" to be celibate or even virgins until they get married. Don't ask me why. I don't really think my friend has any hard evidence either; it's just his observation.
And Zouk? Partying in Singapore? Urgh.

Ironically (or not?) I shagged my first SPG here in the States this year just two months ago. (Does that mean I don't get out enough?) She was in her early 30's, Chinese SG, and had a body to die for. She'd come over and was doing a shortterm P4P gig. A real sweetheart, we got to fall in love with each other for two weeks before I headed back home (I was on the road) and she had to head back to Singapore. Shagged ourselves silly for two weeks, put a dent in my punting budget, and the final tryst was really intense, as we both knew it would be our last. But she gave me her phone number and email address in Singapore, suppose if I'm over there I can look her up for lunch and a little "dessert." Hmmm...
I have had several Singapore girlfriends and never had a problem getting laid. In fact my current GF keeps me very contented (she does not believe in sharing a bed with a man without screwing his brains out).
I think a large part of it is being sensitive to their culture and needs. They are not quite Western and not quite Asian. Therefore you have to really pay attention to the non-verbal signals you send as not to offend their propriety or miss an opportunity.
One thing that is real important though, as Singapore is a 'First World' society you have to be a long-term resident to be able to hook up with a Singapore Girl. For the most part they are not into one-night stands and are generally not interested in 'escaping' their country like Philipina's or TGs.
My advice would be approach them as you would a potential girlfriend back home.
As for Singapore gold-diggers; never met one. Maybe it is my 'spidey-sense' keeping me away from them...

So, I guess not a good alternatives for those cheapskates on the forum constantly complaining about the rising Baht and proclaiming their search for better (ha!) pastures, like Laos, Vietnam, Cambo, etc..

Or perhaps the duck and sailor lack knowledge on how to access Viet gals.It does take some knowledge of the language and the social order, to meet the best.
I doubt the availability of quality gals in Vietnam could be questioned,,,your ability to get may perhaps be.
I began travelling in Vietnam long before I ever set foot in Thailand, and if it where not for meeting my Thai wife (in a chat room) I would never have returned to LOS.
