Hey All
I'm coming over in March for 6 months + and will be looking to find my own place when I arrive. I have heard that there is places popping up all the time, but just wanted to check what you guys think.
Basically I'll be looking for a 2 bedroom place either in Patong (away from Bangla though), or just over the hill from Patong at one of those neighbouring beaches.
Budget will be up to 30,000 bt and I need a fully furnished place.
Any ideas on how I'll get on?

Doily, I'm building at the moment a new house just over the hill from Patong. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Kitchen, living and dining room in a private housing project.
I think the house will be finished in a few months.
