Wotif.com has the studio room priced at 2800 compared to the hotel site's posted rate of 4800++.
I am always on the lookout for residence type places that include washer/dryer.
Has anyone stayed here?
From the map, it looks like there is no access to Soi 18. Would seem inconvenient to walk up to Suk then back down the next Soi to get to/from Toxic.

They do have long table, chic restaurant with mediocre food.
when you go to end of the soi 16 it connect to soi 22, which you can loop back to soi 18 but it is a big roundabout.

long table is hopping, the food is nice but not outstanding, you go there for the crowd, many stars and starlets there, as some production studios are next building. foodland is next door also, with the 24 hours restaurant. easy walk to asoke station (and to toxic). judging from the building and the lobby, the place looks well maintained.

With the new Millenium Residence towers opening this year there might be a walking shortcut to Soi 18 and 20 from Soi 16...

Domus condo is between soi 16 and soi 18. You can cut though Domus to get to soi 18
