I am a fan of Eden. I have never been disappointed.
But if one does have a complaint then please tell the managers; they'll deal with it promptly and fairly. Also, feel free to post it here.
The forums are well respected because all opinions are expressed; if only positive opinions appeared no one would take them into acount. And because there are negative ones, the positive ones are taken more seriously. (The newspaper 'Le Figaro' has a quotation on its masthead which says just that - but I have forgotten it!)
So long as you are fair and the language is moderate, there should be no problem.

Dear Marc,
I am returning to Bangkok sometime next month and I am very eager to return to Eden. I would just like to ask something regarding the protocol in selecting...
The last time I was there I chose someone and she immediately grabbed her partner (without me choosing). Luckily, I was quite happy at the time because her pick was my second choice.
Is this pretty much how it goes or can I suggest 2 and see if they work together first? Please instruct me! =)
