mansaturday, I appreciate your thoughtful unbiased response. I agree with you. A forum needs to have both sides expressed without defensive knee jerk reactions. I have been to other forums where people who express opposing views are attacked or belittled.
madfrog, when someone writes about a negative experience, should I discount what they say because they are just complainers and crybabies?

Not really. Hell broke loose because you were being a prick 
ok, on a serious note, you posted an honest comment once and then tried to amplify it. Posting an honest comment and redundantly bringing the same fact over and over (after having spent not even 2 minutes there) is not the same thing.
Let's take EDEN as an example:
1. I walk in, sit, look at the menu quickly, don't really like the setup, decor, smell and girls so I leave after a couple minutes.
2. I post a Very negative review here pointing how the Bar Stinks and is the ugliest and sleaziest place in Bangcok. (exagerating on purpose while I am at it)
3. When some people post their good experience in EDEN, I constantly come and remind them how Crappy the place is... even though I haven't even got serviced there.
would that be honest? I am sure the Pro EDEN members would love that.

marc, I can understand you agreeing with the part of madfrogs statement; the part suggesting one should talk with the people on site first. I read that the managers at eden are responsive and the place aims to please. Very well may be the case. (I guess I will find out for myself next visit.)
But agreeing with him 100% with what he wrote suggests you approve of intimidation towards anyone who should complain. (saying people "cry" like babies?) Is that how you want to do business?
I ask you to reevaluate your agreeing 100% with what madfrog wrote. When you "knee-jerk" suggest a complaint is someone "crying", you are not really listening to your customers. You are just going into defense/attack mode.
On the good side, you wrote "to talk about your complain on site helps everybody to see and understand if it is a fake or a real one ".. This is a fair statement, if you are truly open to discussion.

But seriously, unlike Marc and his good service self representation, which we all respect here, nobody contributing on the SOL thread is an owner of that venue like this. Just fans exist. So. It says something I guess that they would be so into it... Yet your view obviously wouldn't be how the majority, the fans, perceive it.
....... But think of how hot things would get without fans. Like Mick Jagger, I turn mine on.

let me just tell you a few things :
any fakes attacks will affect Bruce, he is now the Guy taking care
trying to piss me off is losing time
the only reason I am answering this board and this board only is because Bruce has already his hands full between running the Club and answering all the mails
i am out for health reasons
any complain treated on site is taking very fairly and very seriously
any complain posted on website, when you can complain on site
( and avoid to pay your bill IF you have any valid reason, )
is always subject to doubt,
that 's sooooooooo easy
can be anywhere about anything :
when you mind is already set on criticism BEFORE going somewhere
how can you enjoy the Place ???
my best advice is that you should keep your money and save your time up to the day your mind will be set on the enjoy mode
and NOT on the :
#i will look to the smallest details so as to post the most negatives comments#, mode
