Dave: I don't know how any other place does this but we are sticklers for hygiene.
There's a designated playspace with tiled floor and walls, a drain in the floor, etc and it gets scrubbed down with disinfectant before and after any such session and then thoroughly rinsed. Like any other toilet area.

Thai girls in general bathe or shower twice a day, Thai Dommes more than that as required.
You are starting to sound like you protest too much. Professional Dommes don't smell like shithouses. Professional dungeons don't smell like shithouses either. Not even their shithouses do.

a friend of mine has just returned from LOS and spent a couple of night's in BKK.
