I'm not condoning the guy's actions (and it sounds like the whole story is a fabrication), but why would it be borderline rape?
I'm not challenging you - am just curious because surely in an environment like EC which promotes itself by saying what girls will do what (rimming, CIM etc) and where I believe you can have as many pops as you like in the 90 mins, this sort of stuff would be acceptable, right?

Legally I'm sure it could be classified as rape. A woman can withdraw consent at any time; when she decides to work in that line of business, she does not give up any of her rights.
The law will still protect her. Further, if violence is used, I am sure there was never any consent given, either stated or implied.
Any lawyers out there?

Rape is non-consensual sex. To arrest/prosecute/convict it would come down to whether she withdrew that consent at any point. If she did and he continued then he would have committed the offence of rape. Whether you would get to court with it or get a conviction is an entirely different matter. Note this applies under British Law.
Just because a woman works as a prostitute she does does not give up her right to not be raped.

Actually I'm quite enjoying this one, it makes a change from the 10,000 'Marc I'll be arriving Thursday is/can I/will she blah blah do this/ be available/ etc?' postings in the archive.
Perhaps Marc can give us his take on this subject as the man inside so to speak? For example do the girls have to go with the selected (female) partner and are they fined if they refuse. Also what action does EC take if a customer is found to be abusive, do you encourage the girls to stand up for their rights and hand the prick over to the boys in brown?
This might have been addressed in a previous post but with issues as important as these it wouldn't hurt to revisit them.
