About the one-lady option -
Since I don't do inhouse at Eden, it's irrelevant to me personally except if it would somehow prove to have a negative effect on existing services. I've always believed, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it," but I also realize the Eden Club has to adapt to the times. If it's good for business, even in the short run, why not try it? If there is a demand for one-lady sessions, go for it.
But I doubt there is such demand. As others pointed out, there are hundreds of options for S/T in Bangkok, from back-alley streetwalkers to high-end MPs and gentlemen's clubs.. Eden is the only one that offers high-quality two-lady sessions.
Also, if you want just one Eden lady, there's always the overnight takeaway option for 3,000B. It doesn't seem that too many would be willing to pay 2,500B for 90 minutes inhouse when you can have a single lady stay between 10 p.m. and 6.00 a.m. for 500B more.
At the same time, I understand some established customers might value the convenient, comfort and security that Eden offers to the degree they are willing to pay a premium price for a 90-minute one-lady session. Maybe you can oblige some customers (those who ask for it) with a one-lady option when the club isn't too busy, sort of like airlines offering cheaper tickets when they have a lot of empty seats.

Please update me. What is your current rates ? Some times ago, it was compulsory to have two girls. Now, is it an option to have 1 lady Bht 2500 ? Then how come you charge Bht 3000 for whole night ? Either you reduce price for one girl option, or, you make Bht 3000 for evening 6 to morning 6.

outside the Club
1pm to 6am next day 7000 b
then 24/24 if 2 days or more
6pm to 6am 6000b
8pm to 6am 4800 b
10pm to 6am 3000b
the 1 lady at 2500 b inside the Club is just something we are studying to do or not since Bruce did receive quite a few demands about this service
no idea at all about Hell Club in Pattaya, I quit over there the 6 February 2007

And I think it was written here that if a customer decides for some reason to pay the 3600 and only take one girl, then that one girl gets double the commission.
Still, a steep price to pay for one girl, when you can pay the same and have two!

For me, the speciality of Eden is not just the 2 girls no holes barred. It's more the extensive menu of no holes barred offerings, which sometimes one likes to enjoy 1 on 1.
Tulip offers anal, rimming and some strange feet stuff (not all girls of course and its not an advertised service). 90 minutes there will cost you 600+1500 MINIMUM, most tip as well. 400 baht more + tip with a guaranteed list of all the no holes barred menu is a bargain.
In answer to the take home option being 3,000 thus only 500 baht more, the problem I have, and i'm sure others like me, a take home is out of the question due to family comitments ! But a sneaky 2.5hrs (30 mins travel either side) for a full on session is not beyond the realms of possibility !
Just my tuppence worth (seeing how I was the one who suggested the idea being implemented in Bangers whatever the decision for Phuket)
