A quick field report from my Eden trip from a few weeks back. I'm a long time Eden customer but first time visit under Mickey's management. During my 5 day Bangkok stay, I paid visit to Eden 3 times.
Visit #1: First landed. I got there early, choose 3 girls and started our fun before 1 PM. I didn't feel the overall team work and all of the attention I used to get from my previous experiences. I felt they rushed me quit a bit. Nonetheless, they made me cum 3 times and I was somewhat satisfied. I was eating lunch in Foodland by 2:10 PM
Visit #2: I choose a std 2 girl combo. They made me cum twice in about 45-50 minutes. After that, one of the girls told me that she knows I want to cum again, but I can't. With over 30 minutes left, I think I can. I didn't make a big deal out of it and left with well over 30 minutes left to the 1.5 hr normal time.
Visit #3: I took 2 girls to my hotel. I was nice enough to buy them dinner first in which they ordered quit a bit. The leftovers were then brought back for the other girls, probably enough to feed another 4 girls easily. After we got to my hotel, same shit. They rushed me to finish twice within 1 hour. After that, one of the girls said that they have to go to temple the next morning and wanted to leave. I let them go but was very pissed. I paid for overnight service not 2/3 of a normal in-house session.
I msg Mickey afterward and he apologized for the issue. He did say that he would have a talk with the girls afterward and that my next visit to Eden would be free. So, there's the good and the bad of the current Eden.
As mentioned in my other post under field report, I typically revolve my thailand trip around Eden. Maybe things will change for the better before my next trip. Even with what Mickey told me, I will most likely still go there in the future but not plan my trip around it.

... wow... sounds as pretty good customer service to me.
... maybe the causes for it are still being worked out... but, the girls will get the message when they see freebies being offered to make-up for their failures to deliver... wonder from whose pocket that comes?

Having the management make apologies for the repeated bad customer service on the part of different girls is not good customer service from the ones that count. Is management not aware of this behavior? I doubt if you are alone on this kind of behavior. Mark was very active in getting response from his customers, and knowing what was going on all the time. It doesn't sound as if the new owner is as aware of what is going on.
There is no excuse for bad customer service from the girls (the hurry up production line, watch the clock, getting you out before your time is up, that you payed for, kind of service from the girls) given the reputation that Eden used to have.
This is all directly related to management style, and the ability to train, and monitor, your help properly. Given the high reputation Eden Club has had in the past, and the lengthy training the new owner received from the past owner, there is no excuse for repeated incidences of that kind of service from different girls.
Because the owner gives you a freebee doesn't equate to good customer service on the employees part, actually just the opposite.

My advice would be consult Marc -
Get Tough-
Have standards - (3 STRIKES OUT)
Train new girls to stick with rules-
Dont get close to the girls- but be kind - yet firm-
Never source girls from side walk-
Bust union strength (where that incident of over ordering farang PAYING food to share-) was example.
Recruit and move off duds-
Bus stations are a good source of left line girls-
Employ scouts-
Make Service - 2nd to none all costs
