There is a big market for those kinds of fashions in Europe, Japan and North America, but a lot of well-established suppliers as well. The Eden Club name would definitely lend them a certain mystique and maybe give you a competitive advantage. Just don't bet the ranch!

IMHO - I don't see it as a good idea. Your successful product at Eden Club is based upon people - the talents of the lovely ladies mixed with your management skill. It is NOT based upon external marketing, as far as I can see. You discontinued your own website (since APEC 2004?), and rely upon word of mouth and focused "3rd party" sites such as BTF to get the message out. And your formula works well... 
You would certainly need to build up your marketing to successfully sell merchandise. That might not be wise, and the additional profits would hardly justify the risk.
Besides, I think that those that know and appreciate the Eden brand (we punters), have a lesser interest in purchasing "Fetish Fashion". Would I love to see it on an Eden lady? Certainly. For the first 5 or 10 minutes... Does it float my boat at CJ or Midori's? Yes, especially on Wednesdays... But would I buy it for my TGF of the moment? Less likely, and an Eden Club brand would not be a plus, and even might be difficult to explain.
Even given the demand for "Fashion Fetish" that others have noted, with your current (discrete but sucessful) marketing style, you will have a tough time tapping into that market without messing up the nice little set up you currently have...

I have two comments – Sorry if they are a repeat of other member’s views.
Firstly - I would very much like to have a session with your ladies with them dressed in pvc / fetish wear. Oh boy yes I would!!! I trust this will be an option if your idea gets up and running.
Secondly I would be cautious about using an Eden Club brand. You have said in the past that you club is a ‘tolerated business’. Doing something which brings additional and potentially unwanted exposure of you club may do more harm than good.
I would welcome your expansion of the club to other locations, Pattaya being an obvious example. I think this could be a controller expansion.
It's funny but I really do care about your club. there are a couple of ladies there I really care about (Pom is one you probablu know about). I would hate for anything to happen to your club. It offers great value.

I realize that you have suffered some personnal setbacks of late. Do you still have plans to move forward with this business?
I think it would be a decent business. In buying a few things stateside I have been disappoint as petite and small are only mislabels put on clothes to make AMerican woman feel good about themselves instead of referring to actual size.
Bottom line you can get this type of clothing to fit the typical TG stature. Making a line that is actually sized to fit the TG would be a good niche market not addressed by most of the manufacturer's of this clothing.
